1. Definitions and Introduction
In this document, "r baj", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the r baj website and all services under it. "User", "player" or "you" refers to the person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
r baj is an online betting and casino platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting and various other gaming services to Bangladeshi users. These terms apply to the use of any part of the site, including the mobile app, web interface and all related services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Anyone wishing to open an account and place bets on r baj must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.
- The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh and be able to transact in Bangladeshi currency (Taka).
- No person may open more than one account in their name.
- Any person who has previously been banned or had their account closed may not register again.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and any held funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
Security question answers and OTP verification codes must not be given to anyone — r baj staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
3.3 One Person, One Account
Only one active account is permitted per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, the same bank account or the same device is prohibited, and doing so will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
r baj currently accepts deposits through three major mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name — funds cannot be sent to a third party's account.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- r baj reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a new account.
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period to cash out the bonus.
- If bonus abuse or any manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Specific terms of a promotion will be communicated separately at the time of announcement and will apply in addition to these general terms.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless r baj voids it due to a technical error or incorrect odds being set. It is the user's responsibility to confirm all details before placing a bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, bets are accepted at the odds set before the event begins. Odds may change rapidly in live betting, and final acceptance depends on the relevant odds at the time.
6.3 Match Fixing and Irregularities
If an event is found to be involved in match fixing or any other irregularity, r baj reserves the right to void related bets or reconsider results. In such cases, the original staked deposit amount may be refunded.
6.4 Casino Games
The outcomes of all slots, live casino and table games are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. There is no way to manipulate the outcome of any game. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in that game's own description.
7. VIP Program
r baj operates a three-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
- Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
- Bonus abuse — attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly through different accounts.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Depositing funds obtained from any illegal source or money laundering.
- Attempting to deliberately manipulate the platform's odds or games.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by r baj
r baj reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice if:
- a breach of the terms and conditions is established,
- any discrepancy is found during identity or age verification,
- suspicious financial transactions are observed, or
- an investigation is required for security reasons.
9.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their own account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support channel. It is possible to withdraw a valid balance before account closure, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.
10. Data Privacy
r baj uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep users' personal information protected. Personal information is not sold to any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability
r baj will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- Due to a technical error in third-party game software.
- If the service is unavailable due to an unforeseen natural disaster or government order.
- If unauthorised access to a user's own account occurs due to the user's own negligence.
However, if a user's rightful winnings are directly lost due to a technical error, r baj will consider compensation after a proper investigation.
12. Responsible Gaming
r baj believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all users to set their own limits and play responsibly.
The platform offers deposit limits, session limits and the option to take a temporary break. Anyone who finds themselves in difficulty can voluntarily restrict or close their account. All gaming activity is for ages 21+ only.

13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Raising a Complaint
If you have a dispute or complaint, first contact the support team via live chat or email. Common issues are resolved within 24 to 72 hours.
13.2 Escalation Process
If a resolution is not reached through the support team, the user may submit a detailed written complaint. r baj will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. This decision will be considered final.
13.3 Game Results
Game results confirmed from technical logs are final. Screenshots or personal claims alone are not acceptable as evidence.
14. Changes and Updates to Terms
r baj reserves the right to change, modify, or add to these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given on the website before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.
